After a great trip trough part of Europe to pick up my sister in Bornemouth, England, by car... I am finally home. We arrived back on monday, but due to different reasons I haven't really been up to go online to blog. However, I am back now... I will certainly show some pics from our trip, but not today...
Hexa & Huldra was over the moon when I came home, allthough Hexa was in a bit of a huff right away... Refusing to be cuddely... How DARE I stay away for a week... and when Ole came over after work (he was the one that took care of my cats when I was away) she jumped right up on his lap and sat there staring at me with "I'm-gonna-cuddle-with-Ole-instead-of-you" eyes... Ha ha... of course she caved in after a while!
I also found a winderful comment on my blog letting me know I WON the contest at Siv's Hus, so a birdcage is comming my way! I cant belive I won! Once it arrives I will have a mad photo session!!! :) :) :)
It is cold here, and rainy. I am actually having the fire going, in JUNE!!! Sigh... Where did the summer heat go?!??? I sure hope it picks up... I dont mind the rain, but the cold isn't too much fun... THAT can wait untill autumn...
Before I went to England I made some jewelry. It's been a while, but this idea had been surfing in my head for some while, and it just forced its way through, finally.

I am really liking it, and I am allready conjuring up more ideas to try out... Just need to get my hand on some more pearls ect ect... And if anyone has old, used out, fake jewelry they dont need? Send it my way, I will recycle them... Hopefully one day I will have made a few I can sell...
I've gotten my hands on some of the prettiest pelargonias I know... "Apple Blossom"... White and pink filled flowers! ah! Lovely to look at!
Lewisia in a zinc tub... I love these fragile flowers in intense colours... 
And finally a picture of Ole's new baby filly. He's gotten two of his own this year. Here is Jahrs Independent Diva, with her mother Sandra. They are Welsh Mountain ponies. Diva is a hearbreaker... she's cheeky and fun, and loves to cuddle! She has the cutest neighing, and a mind of her own. Hence the name... She's allready done very well for herself in a show. Won Best Foal, and her mother won Best in Show. Congrats to Ole!!!!

And she wasnt easy to photograph either, because she kept on comming too close, and demanded cuddles! 
I will try and take some more pictures of the horses in my life... I tried to photograph "Barbie's" filly foal, but they didnt turn out very well... so I'll have to try that again soon...

Så nydelige de var; begge to! Føll er jo bare til å spise opp da!
Og de vet det selv, tror jeg:-) Savner å ha føll i år, men klarer ikke å selge dem, og nå har jeg fire hester selv, så det holder foreløpig. To av hestene er de eldste døtrene sine da, som de får med seg når de flytter. Da blir det nok et nytt føll her på Aalerud etterhvert, tenker jeg:-)
Artig å se pelargoniene dine; jeg har nemlig pelargonier i nøyaktig lik potte, og mine er også rosa! De heter Dronning Ingrid, tror jeg. I dag har jeg vært på hagesenteret og handlet mer blomster og en kjempestor urne, som jeg skal ha en rosa potterose i. Jeg har sett på den hver gang jeg har vært der, og i dag kunne jeg ikke dy meg... Den er i slitt sink med ornamenter rundt, litt samme stil som den blomsterpotten som både du og jeg har:-)
